Hello Chrome Sushi! Sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. Our experience with UPS has been really good compared to the other shipping methods we've used in the past. Some shipments are delayed or lost in transit, but that can be an unfortunate outcome regardless of which shipping method used. Overall UPS Mail Innovations is faster and more efficient than other methods at an affordable price. We are working on introducing an expedited, traceable international shipping method that doesn't break the bank so hopefully that will be a good option for you in the future. We are always looking to improve our shipping service, but at this point, UPS offers the best service and we have seen a decrease in lost and delayed orders overall.
Additionally, the only extra charge that results from shipping with UPS Mail Innovations is the customs fees charged by your country and those fees will be charged with any shipping method. You will not be charged any brokerage fees. Send us an email at service@threadless.com-Chrome Sushi- because it does sound like your order is lost and we can work something out for you. I have been waiting 5 weeks for an order to Canada now. Who knows if it will ever show up. I do a fair bit of online shopping and UPS is the absolute worst for being slow and having extra charges. We don't even get tracking numbers. I would STRONGLY recommend that you switch you international shipping to anyone but UPS.

Italian UPS not fast, we furiouson march 18, 2008 we make an order, send from threadleass on march 19, 2008, with UPS global mail innovation economy, but it's not arrived.
we haven't received the pack, and when we call UPS they tell us the number of tracking, but we haven't because threadless says he haven't this code of tracking.
UPS says that without this number the pack is lost.
We have already paid this pack ( 157 $ ) and we are very very furious
We don't know if we have to call italian or american UPS and we don't know what we have to do.
Can you help us to risolve this problem???
