Yes, I'm sorry if there is confusion. On the Get Satisfaction site, we do ask for people to enter the CAPTCHA information when signing up and submitting their e-mail address, but it should only show up once. Is there anything we can do to help you out?-

Hi! I'm trying to understand what happened here - it sounds like you may have actually had an issue with signing up to use the GetSatisfaction support forums? Did you find their CAPTCHA (human test) awkward or difficult to pass, or just buggy? -

It's really unfortunate that the peanut butter sandwich is not living up to its simplicity model!
As another poster asked above, when is the new release coming out?
Then, when I tried to sign up to follow this thread, each time I had to scroll down to type into the field under the image with the wavy letters to prove I'm human (!!), the popup disappeared! I gave up after try #3. FYI I use Firefox; but I'll if you'll let me post this with IE7 since it doesn't function with Firefox.
What's happening over there?
