The print feature is working on our side on macs. We can help troubleshoot your query if you can provide us the following information,

- which browser were you using when taking the printout?
- Is the printout error happening for any particular section in DeskAway or for all sections.
- Is the print preview showing the correct info, or is it also blank.

Thanks for the feature request. I have passed the request for full-length, quarterly and monthly report to development team, they will consider it.

Currently you can see Project milestone reports yearly till 2010. Do you need reports for 2011 (years beyond 2010)?

Do you mean projects within your DeskAway account? If so, the timeline of a project can be seen in the Reports section in that project.
Priorities can be assigned for tasks and issues, not for projects.

Please clarify if you are referring to something else. Let me know if you have any other queries!

The 'My Project' > 'Select a project' option is available on the topmost bar. From this dropdown menu you can go from one project to another. Do you want another such dropdown menu next to 'add task' link?

Can you please elaborate more about your request. How do you want the share feature in the email to work and with whom do you want to share the information?

We have an 'add task' link on the top right hand, it has a drop down project menu. You can select any project and add a task in that project. Let me know if you have any more queries.

Our email notification feature already has the above mentioned features. When a link is sent via email, if you click on it you will be taken to the login screen if you are not already logged in. This is for security reasons.
Once you login it takes you to the appropriate task page.

Moreover, for any task notification, a full body email is sent which includes all the information of the task including the entire description and deadline. So the user can see all the necessary information in the email itself.
