No, unfortunately, if you have not gotten the popup when you get an achievement, we have no record of it.

Sorry LN3000, We had a small glitch when we first went live which showed people who were out of order. The bug was fixed to correctly show the first people to get the achievement award. This achievement is a stage 3 achievement, so first you have to do Streaker I, then Streaker II, and finally Streaker III.
