Status says "All Systems Go" but clearly they aren't
I'm still having major problems on http://flightsimulator.ning.com

Clicking on many items (Inbox messages, photos, forum posts etc) issues the dreaded "Whoops!" error. Sometimes a refresh will show it, sometimes it won't.

What's the problem exactly? Seeing these errors and then seeing "All Systems Go" on the status page doesn't fill me with confidence.

I suspect it'll be the same for anything that's not a direct URL, which makes a mockery of the sharing function...

That could well be the reason, but it's not much help when you're trying to build traffic to your network! They should think of another way of doing it.

The stupid thing is, they allow you to share something from the network on Facebook, but when someone then clicks the link on Facebook, they're met with that horrible message. Not much point enabling the sharing if it doesn't work :(

Ning needs to be viewable within frames
I think Ning needs to be viewable within frames. More and more social networking and other sites use frames to display clicked links - see this example for Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/ext/share.php...

I've also just started using Stumbleupon's su.pr URL shortener and the same thing applies. The visitor is presented with a horrible looking message saying the site can't be viewed within a frame. Even worse, when they click on the link to take them to the "original site", it's always the home page of the Network and not the page linked to.

Yes, the chat update isn't a good one.

    1) No more avatars :(
    2) Text truncating
    3) Doesn't correctly show who's online

Can we have this fixed, please?

Member icons no longer showing in chat window
Looks like there was an update to the Chat module this week. Since then, member icons are no longer showing in the member list on the right of the window.

Don't know if that was intentional, but it doesn't look anywhere near as good without them.

    Are they coming back?

Can I use Topify with multiple Twitter accounts?
    Hi folks,

I've just started using Topify today and I'm pretty impressed.

Can I use it with multiple Twitter accounts? Or do I have to create 3 Topify accounts. If so, can I invite myself, as it were? I tried to create a second Topify account and it said I couldn't use that invite any longer.

    Keep up the good work!

    Hi Melanie.

Thanks for the clarification - that makes sense :)
