The freeze occurs as I'm completing the initial setup and the sw is updating its defs. The installation was a nightmare. Had to try twice...kept getting the "server busy" switch to app dialog. Installed on two XP pro boxes with no problem at all.

I installed Vipre AV but continued to receive server busy dialog with a switch to... option. Install finally completes, but updates will not load and PC freezes. OS is Vista Home Premium.
