I was able to get a hold of a representative on 1-877-453-1304. They apologized and offered me extra minutes for free for this month. Anyone thats running low on minutes can possibly get minutes for free for this month due to this inconvenience. Good luck getting through. Took me several tries through the automated system.

Yea WTF is going on. Its been 2 frickin hrs and my service is still down. first it was no service wat so ever and now i can receive and make calls but cant receive texts. im in phoenix. this is bull crap!!
