I've been using DL2 to catalog my comic books for a while and while it does not recognize the barcodes, Amazon's database does a pretty good job of filling in the details. That being said, I would like to see a little more love for comics in DL2.

Here's my 2¢.

I've actually been quite successful adding my (very) small comic book collection into DL2. While I haven't been able to scan the barcodes, entering the titles manually yields pretty good results. I have nearly 100 comics entered so far. Granted, these are all fairly new comics. I don't know how extensive Amazon's database is.

That all being said, the synergy could be improved. Losttreker has a very good point. The only group more fanatical than Apple fans are comic book fans. Combine the two and you've struck a demographic gold mine.

tranquiliste, are we talking about trade paperbacks or single issue comic books? Because it's my understanding that amazon.com does not catalog single issue comic books and therefore DL2 cannot recognize the barcode.
