Any update on this? I've just run across this weirdness as it's causing conflicts with a LiveJournal crossposting plugin on my Wordpress weblog. After ping.fm updates LiveJournal and the date ends up 2 hours forward, if I try to edit a post in WordPress it gives me an error, because it's confused by suddenly seeing a post that's two hours in the future.-

Use LiveJournal date-time parameters correctly for user's timezone.LiveJournal posting from Ping.fm is consistently posting a few hours in the "future" - presumably a time zone problem (I am in US/Pacific).
