Hi Qball,
Thanks for the post. Please follow the instructions below to uninstall/reinstall the firewall.
1) Click on the Start button and go to Control Panel.
2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs.
3) Find Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall or Sunbelt Personal Firewall in the list of installed applications. Click on the Remove button.
4) If you did set a password then you will be asked to supply it before the firewall will uninstall itself.
5) Reboot Windows after the Firewall is uninstalled.
6) Now run the Sunbelt removal utility: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/ihs/S...
7) Now install again:

Firewall shutsdownI keep getting this message from time to time and the program will shutdown: Sunbelt Personal Firewall 4 - GUI - cannot connect to service. What does this mean and what can I do to correct the problem causing the message.
