UPDATE
If you have a Jailbroken Iphone:
Copy /private/var/mobile/Library/Calendar/Calendar.sqlitedb to your computer.
Edit it with "sqlitebrowser". http://sourceforge.net/projects/sqlit...
Click "Browse Data"
Select "Calendar" from the drop down menu.
Select a calender you don't want (click any field in it's row) and hit "Delete Record".
Save the database.
Copy it back to the iphone.
JUST TO BE SURE:
Leave "Default" and "Calendar"
Check carefully if you have any synced calendars from google.
NemusSync's calendars look just like the CalDAV google calendar, except they lack a URL under the "external_id" field.
I have no idea about calendars from iCal, Mozilla, or Outlook.
One way to check which calendars you should keep is to open the "Event" table from the drop-down menu and check which "calendar_id" the events you want have. This should match the "ROWID" in the "Calendar" table.
You can also do some awesome calendar editing this way, or annihilate your calendar altogether. :)
