http://www.railsconfeurope.com
There's Still Time To Register for RailsConf Europe 2008, 2-4 September in
Berlin. A month from now you could be in Berlin, a city hailed as "exciting,
beautiful, and friendly" by last year's conference participants. You could
be listening to the movers and shakers in the global Rails community--and
have the chance to meet and talk to them one-on-one. You could be among
the first to find out what's going on now--and next--with Rails
internationally.
Register now, at:

Just say no to Rails Conf in Vegas! There's a discussion going around about moving Rails Conf from Portland to Las Vegas for the next two years. It's a terrible idea. I hate it. Others in the community hate it. Rails conf needs more _why and less Vegas.

The recently launched Summize Twitter Search is also a great alternative.
You can filter results by language, by sender, by recipient, and more...

The other alternative is to use Tweetscan. This service lets you specify up to five keywords that you want to track.
It will then email the search results for these keywords to you on a daily or weekly basis.-
