Of course, another idea would be to build an export option - something within Skitch or Snagit that allows you to export/post to Satisfaction. That might be too wishful thinking, though.

Similar to this, having the ability to autodetect images on a page - similar to what ThisNext does when you type in a URL in the search box - will make adding images (like company logos) a snap.

Ironically enough I can't seem to get it to work now, though. To add insult to injury, all your help pages are Windows centric - what if I'm a Mac user?

Are you trying to fix the problem? Just curious...

I'm playing around with Prototype Composer (http://www.serena.com/products/protot...) here at work and really like what I see... but sadly there's not a Mac version. Please make a Mac version of this kind of application life cycle management, and I will not only buy the software, I will beg with our IT/purchasing/CEO/CFO etc. to get everyone to use it.

Thanks for your reply... I do appreciate it. I'm not sure if it's a .NET issue, but I will look into it. I also hear through the grapevine that you're working on an enterprise solution across the software dev life cycle. I'll keep my eyes peeled for that... it's sorrily needed in our discipline.

I'm backing up now thanks to a little Maxtor external drive. I will look into Mozy though...always good to be prepared, as the Boy Scouts say. I've learnt my lesson the hard way - and the logic board issue still frustrates me, but that's the computer industry for you - instant obsolescence...
