AT&T sent a great tech out to fix my issue. Arnold Dong was kind, patient and very polite, and really dogged down a sticky issue. He was so great to work with that I'm going to send his manager, Jesse Gomez, a letter.
Billing has called me twice to resolve billing issues, and we should be able to connect today.
Oh interwebs, I missed you. Great to have you back.

My customer service issue is so big your reps hang up on me.I'm on my 5th AT&T account* this year, and having serious problems. The DSL dry loop I ordered September 15 still isn't working. After 1 hour and 23 minutes on the phone today, Neil in Tech Support , the 7th person I spoke to today, hung up on me intentionally. Please help me restore my DSL service.
*In January, I decided to get the internet at home. It was my new years resolution. Here's how that resolution resulted in 5 accounts, and the last 6 weeks without DSL service:
#1. I did my research and placed my order for a land line and DSL online at the AT&T site.
#2. It was mistakenly set up by AT&T as two accounts. Those were later merged into one when I discovered the billing issue.
#3.I resolved the separate account issue in a 80 minute call I placed to customer service, during which several reps insulted me for late payment despite never being billed for the mistaken separate DSL account .
#4. After a bit, I decided to end the landline, as I did not use it. I got a dry loop for DSL. AT&T never billed me for it, and it was marked unbillable. A bill I'd never received, during which from the merged account was sent into collections. When my second dry loop account for non was shut off payment, I called in again.
#5. After an insulting conversation with a customer service rep who seemed to think I was trying to scam her, she finally set up my current account (the 5th in 2009) on 9/15. I still cannot access the internet. It is 10/12.

Way to walk the talk, guys.Surprised and delighted to learn that you're (we're) using Get Satisfaction on the new launch. I didn't know it was part of the plan. Excited to see that you're (as ever) hungry for feedback.-

Right now you're likely wondering if it's Baseball Nut season at Baskin-Robbins. You could either call them or you could check Get Satisfaction. Someone may have already asked the question and gotten a response. Get Satisfaction is a website where you can ask companies (and fellow customers) your questions.

Why can't I move framed objects as a unit?My research indicates that one can't place (with that lovely zebra) all the stuff within a frame as a layer-like object. Curses. Is this really true?
