Then I think you can stick with us! Why don't you click the "Help" link on your wiki, and click "Contact Support" so we can finalize and make sure you're set up properly on the basic edition.

That's true for the professional edition. But part of the changes in our pricing plan means that even businesses can use the basic version for free. Are there additional features you need that are not available in the basic version?

You can download a backup of your wiki by going to "Settings" and then "Backup". This will download .zip HTML files of all your pages.

Hi Brian - absolutely! This is a premium feature we have just released. If you have a premium wiki, you can go to "Settings" and then "Customization" to enable this setting.

If you don't have a premium wiki, you can click the "Upgrade!" link to see the pricing plans and options available to you.

The code from above removes all the right panel elements, including the sidebar. The good news is that just last night we released a new feature that allows you to customize what shows up on your wiki. This is a premium feature, so if you have an upgraded wiki you can access it by going to "Settings" and then "Customization."
