Hi there. Is your website a Ning Network?

If yes, you can insert a Blendapps integrated chatroom in any page.

1. Go to http://chat.blendapps.com/ and login with your google account

2. Choose the type of chat you want and configure it

3. Grab the code by clicking the Ning logo next to the chat in your dashboard, and paste the code wherever you want in your Ning website.

That's all you need to do.

How long have you been experiencing this error and with which solution (meebo or userplane)? I am unable to replicate it in our side.

Setting up a chat room to your Ning social network is very simple.

1. Go to http://chat.blendapps.com/ and login using your Google account (you can create one if you don't have one yet)

2. Click on "Create a new chat room"

3. Select which system of chat you want: Meebo or Userplane

4. Configure the specifications of your chat room

Now that your chat room is created, go to your dashboard and click on the Ning link next to your room name. This will take you to the code that you need to paste into your Ning social network.

Copy the code and paste it in your social network in the place where you want it to show.

You may create unlimited number of chat rooms for your Ning social network.

The systems are running OK, so it could be some error on the code also.
