Thanks for the updated style. The problem was I had originally intended to show album information in the space between the song name and the artist information, but as the contest deadline was drawing near, I had to cut the code and save it for the next release. I took a shortcut and deleted the div that held the album information, but I should have taken the time to redo the layout.
In the next release, I'll be sure to have a proper page layout.

Two months later and my problem is finally fixed. It must of had something to do with me being on a very old AT&T service contract, because I've just renewed it and received a new SIM card and everything works perfectly now. – Rahim, on May 29, 2008 19:06-

Rahim marked one of Hans Engel's replies in TwitKit as useful. Hans Engel replied to the problem ""Me" tab showing Hans Engel's information".
Rahim reported a problem in TwitKit on March 28, 2008 18:24:
"Me" tab showing Hans Engel's informationThe "me" tab shows Hans Engel's information, even though I'm signed in. However, all the other tabs show the correct information.
I'm on Windows XP SP2 running Firefox 2.0.0.13 with TwitKit 1.0b.
I've uploaded a screenshot of the problem: http://www.hirahim.com/twitkit.png.

Alright, I've redone all the steps and I'm still not getting any notifications to my phone. I'm in the U.S. and on AT&T. My twitter account is rahims.
Here's what I did:
1. Deleted my existing device information (both IM and phone).
2. Re-added my phone number.
3. Verified my phone number by texting the confirmation code to 40404 (never got a text message reply back, but twitter showed the phone number as verified).
4. Made sure notifications were set to on and to "phone" in the main sidebar.
5. Had a friend send me a direct message, which never arrived to my phone (only showed up on the web site).
6. Sent a text message containing "on" (without the quotes) to 40404, and never got a reply back.
Is there anything else I can do? I suppose I should also mention that I am able to receive text messages from other services, such as Google Calendar reminders. And, I'm able to receive notifications from the IM device, if I set that to "on," but for this test I had it deleted to make sure twitter didn't accidentally route messages to my IM.-
