I used the find a dealer service on Hondacars.com. We agreed on a price, model, options and color with the dealer (Performance Honda in Cincinnati). When I got there to buy the car, they said that was only to get the customer into the store and that it was not a commitment. Wouldn't sell me what they had agreed to.
