Domain Management Interface *S*L*O*W*GoDaddy's domain management interface is consistently slow. Every time I make a change to one of my domains (nameservers, unlocking, auth code requests...) it takes about 2 minutes per click to wait for the GoDaddy interface to react.
Example: Transferring Domains To Other Registrar Takes 10 Minutes
So, if I want to move a domain away from GoDaddy, I have to unlock it first, and then send an auth code request, which ads up to about 10 minutes PER DOMAIN. I own domains at 12 other registrars, but this is by far the worst domain management interface I've come across.
Low Quality Customer Support
Apart of that, the online customer support I received in the past was less than satisfactory - obviously "cut & paste" standard answers from people who either didn't took the time to read support requests properly, or were unable to understand them.

Audible has an awesome online customer service. Really fantastic.Contacted them about an issue, couple hours later got a reply that just completely overdelivered on my expectations. I actually thought about cancelling because I don't have the time to listen to all the audiobooks that I already got - but the customer service is so good, it makes me stay.
