Actually, the only OS where Songbird worked out really fine, was in Ubuntu.
Are you trying a nightly? or a beta or songbird?

The actual release works out fine.. and in the new release, I think they worked that through

I update my MIRO and the same.
If I keep using the dll, my aero works, but I see all pixelated.
If I delete, I see well, but I loose the aero.. :S

Hello, I use windows, and I'm having anoying times loading the aplication.
So I had and Idea: Whay can I not load my MIRO GTK from the already loaded GTK of pidgin?
Isn't there a way to not load again the gtk?

Miro turns off my Aero in Seven

I'm having trouble with Miro and Windows Seven Aero. Everytime I play a Video, it turns off my Aero. Okay, I ain't got a problem with that, but i think I shouldn't be like that. Any clues someone? Why does that happen?

Well.. I had the same problem but ONLY in Windows Seven. By Deleting, NOT renaming, I got no problem, and my video played out well.
But yeah.. that shouldn't happend on seven :S
Actually, it's not the first player I have that problem with. Also in Jet Audio.

But for now, All's good :D

How about a splash before the player starts? because sometimes, depending on how fast is the machine, or which OS you have, it could take a while to load the player. Dunno, a "Loading" like adobe has in their suite.

In the 1.2 release I still have this problem with large databases... but only in windows. In Linux (ubuntu) I never had this problem.
I hope that for 1.4 this bug is fix for windows users :D

I was thinking when does Songbird will support Auto-TAG correction, like Winamp does.

For example, send some files to an autotag that needs our aproval, that way if we have some things out-dated, we can updated easily with songbird.

Colection Database Problem

It happend to me now 3 times, and is really pissing me off.
I have my database of music ready for all my library.
Really cool. So, I go to lest say "The Beatles" to hear.. and first I got all the songs I have from them, then the cds.. If I pic a CD, is like it is in here, cool. All the songs.


But, today I said to my self: It's going to heard all day The Beatles, so the idea is to put it in random under the name of the beatles.
And there is my problem. Its the 3th time I have this problem, When I chose "All" (in spanish "todos", I got .. nothing.

I have this problem in Ubuntu 8.10 and Windows XP SP3...
Any clue? Because Erase the database and read it all again didnt work.
Neither the hack "re-read" my colection.

Only to erasemy preferences , and start with a songbird from scratch.. (which is a bummer :S )
