Anyone home?Tomorrow is Trinity Sunday not the 10th sunday in ordianry time. Does anyone there have a basic understanding of the liturgy. Perhaps you need to find someone who knows and loves the liturgy. If you don't do it right why bother?

Praying With One VoiceI wonder why you repeat the antiphon after each strophe of a psalm some times. It makes the prayer very busy and less prayerful. This works when the psalms are sung or chanted but not when they are recited. Also, why do you not recite the antiphon after each strophe of the invitory where it is specified? I also find it very annoying when the response after the reading and some of the readings are shouted and read in a very emotional manner. The readings are to be clearly recited without emotion as the Holy Spirit speaks through the Word of God not the reader. The close of morning and evening prayer are also not correct. You use the response when a deacon or priest is present, see the instructions. I say these things because it is important in liturgy so we are praying together. In praying the intercesions you read the phrase italicized which is a resposne provided by use of a congregation when they do not have the response provided after the red hyphen for each petition. Both responses should not be used.
The task you have undertaked is momumental and I pray for your success. But I also pray that it will be done correctly so the whole church is praying together.
