Thanks. Right now, after I reinstalled the plugin, it says that it is importing all the comments. soo... I just manually added some of my comments into the mix but this one thread has my reply but it doesn't have Mensley's original.

Duplicate Comments

Now, I am getting duplicate comments that say they were posted an hour or so later than the first comment. Not a happy camper.

Well, I opened up the blog in Safari (on a mac) and the comment counts showed up. I closed Firefox (that had been open ... and normally stays open) and restarted. The comment counts showed up on the main page again.

that indicates to me (a lay person about such matters) there is a cookie problem.

Now... the comment counts aren't showing up on the main blog page. It was working fine last night but now... no dice. All it says is "Comments". It doesn't even show the customized text I had put in.

I installed one of the widgets just to see what Intense Debates comment count would be compared to the native general stats widget that pulls directly from my wordpress database. It appears that over 3100 of my 7600 were not imported.

I ran the import through the plugin (via Wordpress) on my blog http://randythomas.org ... I know it didn't import all my comments because this thread 9 http://randythomas.org/2008/10/27/let... ) says there are only 13 comments when I know that pre-import there were 39.
