When I receive email alerts, all I see is the html code in the email. I've sent email to support, which were ignored. Site and service is great, but the alerts aren't legible. I am using Mozilla Thunderbird

ok upon further review it turns out the psd file was corrupt. Not sure what happened to it, but photoshop couldn't open it (unexpected end of file). Anyways it was causing bumptop to crash. I tried creating more photoshop files for the desktop and all is fine

I can send the bad file still if you want, it's 3.2mb

Ok I figured out what has been causing my bumptop to crash every time I opened it. I went through all the items on my desktop one by one. The photoshop icons (psd) were responsible for the crashing. It seems to have a problem displaying the image for the icon (layers maybe?)
