John this is a common problem. I just junked my 2007 Toyota Highlander because the windshield cracked, but Toyota said they would sell me a new one at a discount! Would you but a car from a company like that? Hell no, this is why I'll never but another product from TomTom. I also cracked my screen and they refused to help me.

Ya I told the lady a TomTom if the windshield on my car cracks should I junk the car and go buy aanother one from the same manufacture? Same principal, they won't fix my TomTom cracked screen but are telling me they will sell me a new one at a higher price than I can get it at Radio Shack. They suck!-
