I had reported this problem in another thread. But just for sanity checking, I am not experiencing this problem in Opera 9.51 on Fedora 7 (just checked this morning). Looks like it is fixed.

It's problem from CSS:
#dashboard input.checkbox {
height: 13px;

When you set height to 16px and also define width to 16px it will display in opera :/
