    Filter by "last replied by"
    Is it possible to filter list by "last replied by" - we have very long support related list where it would be very useful to list after last updated and then by last replier... To see who I have not replied yet...

    Out of office agent
    We use Sifter as a "support" issue reporting system - letting our colleagues report issues to our department - but when people have there "out of office" we can not see this in Sifter. So my idea is to add a agent that catch the Out of office reply and update the task with the reply.

    I have noticed that the dashboard has changed - what does the % indicates? What is it % of?
