Ravi replied on November 01, 2008 21:06 to the problem "Channels not saving" in TVGuide.co.uk:
We have a cookie test on the channel selection page at http://www.tvguide.co.uk/channels.asp... If you see a big red message at the top that says you have cookies switched off then you haven't yet enabled them and may have to close all browsers and re-open. If you do not see this message and it is still a problem we will investigage further. You should also try Internet Explorer.

TVGuide.co.uk has a specialist advertising sales team from Glam media. We only run relevant and quality advertising - never popups or dodgy product adverts. That said it is possible to get these popups because you have accidently installed a toolbar or have a virus. If you run a virus scan you will be able to remove this.

Ravi replied on October 31, 2008 16:35 to the problem "Seperate listing for sky and freeview movies would be nice. I dont use this anymore as i don t have sky and theres so many sky films to trawl through before you get to freeview. would be great if they were listed seperatly. cheers mark" in TVGuide.co.uk:
It is really easy to customise TVGuide to show just Freeview movies by just selecting Freeview and your region in the blue box on the left navigation. If you have already customised press the select channels button and remove the Sky movie channels. Then when you go to the upcoming films you will only see Freeview films.
Ravi replied on October 31, 2008 16:31 to the problem "Missing channel." in TVGuide.co.uk:
The UKTV History (Freeview) was missing from the 27th-31st of October. This has been resolved for listings for the 1st November onwards. Need more information on what you mean by the time and day not matching. Sometimes if you have bookmarked a date and time then it will load that date and time rather than the current date and time.
