Any idea how I can use a hashtag with Hebrew letters?

Hebrew is written right to left, so if I write the hash sign first you will get:
#עברית
so in hebrew it is at the end of the word.
if you write the hash dign at the end of the word you will get:
עברית#
And I do not thing that any of those options work :(

Thank you for your quick response.
I understand from where the concept emerged, but:

1. The Add/Remove Programs panel sucks. (it is very slow to load).
   
2. A lot of (usually small applications) have in their folder in the Start Menu -> Programs an uninstall link. I find it as very helpful and easy to use.

I am developing an Air application. One request I received is that next to the application icon in the application folder is to have an un-install icon that will uninstall the application. Can this be done?

Why do I get "Posted in Uncategorized" when I post with Ping.fm?

After posting through Ping.fm I go to facebook and what I see is my message with the text "Posted in Uncategorized" and a tinyurl link (which is not a link, just text).
Can the last part be removed when posting to facebook?
