Thank you for the reply. Also, if you can explore the possibility of making the answers in columns as well? Just an extra point. Back to the image section, if the image is longer than it is wider, users will have to scroll down a a lot and scroll up again to the question. It is a problem when the answer takes 1 good portion of the screen. A comparison with other answers could not be done. I think that the CSS or whatever frames you used for the survey might limit the amount of columns, but from past survey experience, users do not mind lengthy questions, if you can "disguise" the page to be as short as possible. Maybe a width of 600pixels is the maximum amount of data you can place in horizontal rows regardless of how many options there are.

Thank you for replying both to my questions. If even the paid version does not allow me to place pictures as part of the answer, my questionnaire will be useless. Hopefully you can incorporate this feature in a future upgrade of the questionnaire site.
It does seem like a very good website, better than a lot I have seen so far. Hopefully you can allow users to physically try the upload part without registering their credit card details. Trying it first, but do not allow the option of a distributed survey will increase the user experience of the site.
Good luck

I am looking for a way to put images as part of the answer. I can understand that video as the answer is not a good idea, but if my survey requires people to identify what they see in the video then an answer without the picture does not make a lot of sense. Its like those IQ test where a lot of the answers are in pictorial form.

Hi, i will try to answer your questions:
The start plan only allows up to 15 questions in one page (multiple-page feature is only available in normal/max plans).
Unfortunately, you can't add images/videos as answer options (only text).
Yes, you can password protect your survey.
Yes, you can export the data to a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel.
I would suggest that you upgrade to one of our paid plans to see if it meets your requirements, we provide a free 5 day trial period and even after that we provide full refund if you feel the product didn't fit your requirements or expectations.
Let me know if you need any further information or help
Thank you

Pricing & feature clarificationIn the start payment, it says that there is a maximum of 15 questions. Does this mean that I can make only 15 questions or 15 pages with questions?
I want to make 15 questions with video in it, and the user must choose from a pool of 10 images. Below those images, I want following questions which say like rate the video you just saw. And how confident are you. After that, options ticking how did you find the features. Finally any other information you would like to add.
For 1 video question, there will be basically 3 radio button follow up questions with 1 tick box question and a optional form where users can place it.
The last page, I want users to fill in some of their details of themselves when taking the experiment.
About the features, does this questionnaire provide password protection before users carry out the survey? I want to control the amount of users who can take part in the survey. I also don't want anyone to google the survey out of the internet.
Lastly, does the data collection include ability to export into spredsheet? I need data which I can easily make use and not of data which I need to manually place in second time around.
Can this site provide abilities like questionmark perception? I see its easy to use, but I am not sure about how good it is, since I cannot try out the add file feature.
Thank you

Placing multimedia(flv/image) as question and anwser with no text? Can I place .flv/image files as my question/answer?
I want to make a questionnaire with a video file as the question and the answer is the images taking place options in the radio button feature. Can that be done? I could not experiment with it using the free account.
Thank you.
