This would be easy to offset in the Beanstalk UI based on a user-defined setting, perhaps even an optional setting. We are talking about an improvement to the Subversion experience in Beanstalk, yes? -

$Id$ property is always set to UTC, there's no way to affect that and that's Subversion team decision.
