Really frustrating. Just getting to the site from iTunes is very problematic, and has never actually worked. I have to click around before a page will even load. I have a pretty new Mac and the latest browser, and this site is the slowest I've seen! I'm not kidding. Flash is not appropriate, please move to a site that supports web standards, so it can work with my computer, actually remember my password, behave more quickly and reliably, and frustrate me a little bit less!

Diana, I am very sorry to hear about your circumstances, and I assure you I do care about other people very much. We just had a baby, and so I am not in the office this month, or I would be more on top of things. All I require from folks is an email address, corresponding to the account, and I'll see that their data gets to them tomorrow morning. I already have a list going, consisting of everyone in this discussion. – Raymond Brigleb, on April 30, 2009 01:47

Yeah, well we aren't going to email everyone, sorry. I've put the site back up for about an hour, but that's all I can manage, again, sorry. I will grab all the data on there, and can get everyone the data back that they need. You can let me know here or contact rbrigleb at gmail dot com.
I apologize for the inconvenience again, but my hands are tied and I just need to move my business forward and the best I can do is offer to provide everyone their data!

Important Announcement About the iPhoneMiles ServiceWe will have a more complete announcement forthcoming on the site, but I wanted to mention here first that iPhoneMiles is pretty much near the "end of its life." This means that we won't be updating the software, but that we'll still keep the current site up for at least a few more months.
The simple fact is that there are a large number of superior apps for the iPhone that work better than this website, and we ourselves no longer use this tool!-

Ligatures and other characters from Basecamp become ? characters!Ligatures show up as ? characters in Project Names from Basecamp (probably elsewhere as well). We realized this when copy-and-pasting text with for example an "fl" character on MacOS. When looking at the project list, instead of what appeared to be "flair" in Basecamp became "?air" in Timepost. Maybe an XML entity/encoding issue?
