Having more or less the same problem: I'm seeing the same blogpost showing up in four different threads (a combination of utm_source/utm_medium and fbc_channel parameters showing up or not).

Where is the comment script?
How can I change the location in the html code of the Javascript that configures the comments? It's currently placed at the very bottom of the page (in individual entries). As it is placed below the closing html tag, it renders the whole xhtml-page invalid.
