Hi, Erik.
I'm so sorry for the delay. We never received an email about this topic.
Right now we only support one account. But based on your request, we'll consider adding support for multiple accounts in a future update. If you'd like to talk about it further, please email us at ccterminal@innerfence.com

Ryan D Johnson replied on March 09, 2009 06:00 to the question "Is it possible to get WiFi connection diagnostics for Infinite SMS in order to diagnose possible connection problems when attempting to send/recieve texts to/from friends?" in innerfence:
Hi, Null.
I've added some stuff to 1.5 that will detect if you're signed in elsewhere and let you know about it.
I'm also planning to add a button to the Password Error that will take you directly to Google's account unlock page.
Those are the two most common problems, but they don't actually have anything to do with Wi-Fi, really.
The two biggest issues with Wi-Fi are (1) you're on a network with a firewall that blocks Google Talk or (2) you're on a network that requires you to authenticate or accept a terms of service in your web browser and you haven't yet. There's no real way to detect the difference.
Also, our FAQ has troubleshooting steps for common errors, including a table of the SMS_ERROR_# codes that we know about:

A comment on the idea "email notification" in innerfence:
Not in a straightforward way. If you log into gmail web interface when you have offline message you haven't yet read, they show up in your inbox. But they don't show up in your inbox other ways (like POP or IMAP). And if you get the offline messages through Infinite SMS, they don't show up in your inbox, only in your full chat logs. In fact, if you log into gmail and have them show up in your inbox, that's where they've been "delivered", and they won't show up in Infinite SMS. – Ryan D Johnson, on March 09, 2009 03:37
