Thank you for your comments. There is currently a known problem in Loki on Snow Leopard and we are working on a solution. We expect to release an update in the near future.
Daniel, do you know anyone who has an iPhone or iPod touch? I am confident that they would confirm that our positioning software works very well.
Thanks for your patience on our snow leopard issue in the meantime.
Regards,
Reinhard

Hello Steven,
Steven, can you email support@skyhookwireless.com and let us know what mac address you submitted? We can then check whether it has been added to the system. Did you verify your wireless mac address using a tool like netstumbler/iStumbler/vistastumbler? What happens quite often is that by accident people send us their mac address if their LAN, while we need the address of the Wi-Fi network.
Best,
Reinhard

Brenda, sorry to hear that you are having problems.
The best way to find out your wireless mac address is to use any of the following free tools: VistaStumbler for Windows Vista, NetStumbler for Windows XP, or iStumbler for Mac OSX.
The addresses listed on the bottom of routers are often the LAN and WAN addresses, and not the wireless one. You can easily find the applications mentioned above by searching for them on the web.
Please let us know if you have further questions.

Hi Andres,
you can check our current coverage using the following link: [http://www.skyhookwireless.com/howitw...].
If you live in an area that is currently not covered then you have the option of submitting your wireless access point location using this form: [http://www.skyhookwireless.com/howitw...]
We require the Mac address of your wireless router together with a latitude and longitude position. The form above helps with the latitude and longitude information.
Finding out the correct Mac address is often a bit more challenging. The best way to find the correct one is by using a tool like NetStumbler, VistaStumbler, or iStumbler, depending on what operating system you use. The WLAN address is probably the right one, but I would still verify it with one of these programs, as they are all free and easy to download.
Please let us know if you have any more questions.
Best regards,
Reinhard

Nick, does this occur in your own javascript code or also on the http://loki.com/findme page? I just tried 3.0.5 on OSX 10.5.7 and it seems to work ok. Can you provide more details? Thanks!
