Reivax replied on August 03, 2009 07:35 to the question "How do I properly re-size the YooNo explorer bar in IE8?" in Yoono:
Glad it's fixed.
As for the resizing direction, we do not support right-positioning of the sidebar yet.
Did you intentionally put it on the right ? The default firefox installation should display it on the left, although some modifications can be hand-made to display it on the right.
If you want to set it back to the left here is a message explaining how :

Right-sidebar support will be included in a future release (probably not the upcoming one, though)
Thanks for your patience.

Reivax replied on July 23, 2009 05:47 to the problem "Yoono keeps logging me in to twitter" in Yoono:
Very simply because they do not use the same authentication method : they ask you for your twitter login and password, and they store it locally.
Yoono does not ask for your password, which is safer for you.
Instead, Yoono uses the "oauth protocol", that requires you to log on a twitter page. Then twitter authorizes Yoono. That is the API with the cookie issue, which explains the behavior difference .
However, the work around is now ready and will be in release 6.2 shortly !
Thanks for your patience.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that and will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
The payments received have not been accepted yet.
Could you please tell me your paypal confirmation number, or the first and last name of your paypal user account ?
Now, about the technical problem:
I need to know the release of Firefox, and the kind of computer you are using (mac, pc, ...)
It would also help to know what other add-ons you are using, if any, because there might be an incompatibility.
Finally, could you check these things :
- When yoono is not displayed, open the add-on manager (From the Firefox Tools/Add-ons menu). Is Yoono listed ?
- enter about:yoono in the address bar of firefox. Do you see a page with buttons? In this page, click on the button "Reset Yoono button to default position". Is the button back ?
And, finally, when Yoono is not displayed, can you check for errors in the error console (from the Tools menu), in the "Errors" tab. Copy and paste them for us.
I know this may seem a bit technical and difficult and I apologize for this, thank you for your help in solving this problem!

Ok so I guess this behavior came with your firefox installation.
Here is what you can try next:
Close Firefox,
Go to your profile directory again, then go to subdirectory 'chrome'
If there is a userChrome.css file, open it in a text editor and look for this line :
-moz-box-direction: reverse;
If there is such a line, remove it.
If there is no such line, add these lines :
#browser {
-moz-box-direction: reverse;
}
Save the file, and launch Firefox again.
Sorry for all the trouble, but it looks like your Firefox installation has been modified before.
Let me know,
Thanks

In the mean time, here is what you can try :
In Firefox, open the about:yoono page by typing about:yoono in the address bar of Firefox (instead of a web site url).
The first information on the page is the path of your firefox profile. Copy this path, then close Firefox.
With a file manager, go to that path.
It should contain a localstore.rdf file.
Rename it to localstore.bak
Launch Firefox again.
Are things better ?
Thanks for your patience while we are trying to find out a solution !
