You can add your E contacts to your iPhone's address book by tapping the 'Add to iPhone Contacts' button when you've selected a contact. If you have Exchange synchronisation set up with your iPhone, this should work immediately. We're looking into what we can do with groups and direct Exchange support.

You have to activate the contact Set in your Cards. Go to Cards, edit one (or multiple) and activate contact info by toggling them on or off. We're in the process of unifying this system, sorry for the confusion!

E for iPhone has been submitted to the App Store and should be available worldwide shortly. We sadly can't do anything to speed up Apple's admission process. Hope this clears up your confusion! In the meantime, you can use http://i.mynameise.com to exchange cards!
