I would have to say yes as long as it's a pop up that is over the main browser and not a pop behind window or pop up that isn't seen over the main browser. As long as it appears in front of the main banner, that would be fine.

If you have experienced this issue recently: PLEASE post here or drop us a line so we can update the ticket on this. This is a ticketed issue that is being looked into, but if we don't know about the issue, we won't have anything to look at specifically.
