Jess reported a problem in Tumblon on October 01, 2009 21:24:
Dates are offMy little guy was born on 3/1 and today (10/1) it displays that he's still 6 months old.
Also, for quite a while now, when I mark a milestone as completed, it fills in yesterday's date instead of today's. Any date I enter is changed to the previous day.
I've checked this in Safari 4 for Mac, Camino, and Flock and they all behave the same way.

A comment on the idea "Milestones at any age" in Tumblon:
I think hitting "show more" several times is probably more intuitive than navigating by age, since I'm guessing most parents don't know at exactly what age range a milestone is supposed to happen, just that their child is doing it now (at least this is the case with me). So they're going to scan through the list, most likely chronologically, until they find what they're looking for. The age nav. would probably be unnecessary in most cases and possibly annoying in some. – Jess, on May 14, 2009 13:39
A comment on the idea "Milestones at any age" in Tumblon:
Here are a couple ideas:
- Rather than displaying the "Baby is not old enough yet!" message, you could just do the "Baby has not yet accomplished this." with the record and hide buttons (in other words, don't have future milestones act any differently than current milestones). To avoid having to develop some sort of selector for which child you want to add a milestone to, you could leave the record and hide buttons off the resources > milestones list.
- Use multiple "Show more" links in a child's milestones list. The user would be able to keep showing more until they either found what they were looking for or reached the end of the list (much like Facebook now does for wall posts). – richandjess, on May 13, 2009 14:21
