Hi,
I've completed the alpha development cycle for IPingfm addon. I'm now ready to provide a beta release for testing. Over the weekend I'll build an install for those who would like to help me test.
Dan, please send me an email address to where I can forward a beta version of IPingfm addon.
If anyone else would like to test IPingfm please forward to me a legit email address at ( idevfh@gmail.com )

IPingfm addon is CLOSED from a Public Beta.
Here's a couple of images showing the finished interface U.I. within TweetDeck.

Hi dan, adam, sean,
I am still making progress on the IPing.fm addon to bring Ping.fm to TweetDeck. I ran into an EVENT handler problem that I believe I've got control of now. TweetDeck uses the Adobe's AIR providing Windowless Controls only is a challenge. I chose not to inject a DLL into TweetDeck or not that of incorporation of MS Detours either.
I'll keep posting here my progress and hopefully soon testing of a Beta.

Hi dan,
Adam had a couple of questions about the actions of IPing.fm add-on. I believe I addressed most of his concerns. I mentioned that you'd consider testing when the Beta is ready.
Thank you for your time and interest to help me with the Beta testing !
I'll stay in touch with you Dan.

Hi guys,
I failed to mention that the add-on IPing.fm will also work on the Seesmic like that of TweetDeck. You might say, I am getting the most out of this framework, haha.
Seemic may indeed come out with Ping.fm support like that of Twhirl but until they do the add-on will meet the need.

Hi guys,
One of the concerns I had about the buttons at the top of the TweetDeck edit window was that of a statement the author made concerning monetizing on TweetDeck. He suggested that this may be obtainable by means of Corporate Skinables to the TweetDeck's UI. I felt like the area to place buttons in what seems to be EMPTY may be subject to this monetizing possiblity.

Hi dan,
Thank you for the points of value you've mentioned !
I am going to take 1/2 the day and complete some underlying coding for this little add-on and then switch back and place the Ping.fm buttons at the top of the TweetDeck edit session window like you've mentioned.
Yes, all of the basic Ping.fm API calls have been tested successful with the code for this app.
I'm in Tulsa, Ok. Central Standard Time -6 GMT.
So, check back and I'll try to get another image snap-shot.
If today's work is successful, I should have a version wed or thru for testing if you like to try. Also, remember, this is windows only application.

Hi Sean and dan,
Here's snap-shot of the the Ping.fm add-on activated while in TweetDeck.
Note: When a user right-mouse clicks in the edit area of TweetDeck a secondary activative menu for Ping.fm will dynamically popup adjacent immediately to the side of the TweetDeck's mini-menu for edit.
I could have integrated buttons at the top of the edit window but chose this implementation instead.

Hi To All,
As of July 20-09 week, I am completing the basic interface of a Windows Desktop Application Add-On that will provide functionality of Ping.fm APIs as an integration into TweetDeck. It's maturing quite nicely and the interaction within TweetDeck with this add-on is providing an easily method for posting through Ping.fm while in an active session of TweetDeck.
I'll soon be out of this Alpha state moving into a Beta phase.
It will be a FREE application to all !
Would any of you like to help me test when the add-on is ready ?

Hi All,
I've returned back to a Ping.fm development project I've called iPingfm. iPingfm, will add support toward Twitter Desktop applications, e.g. TweetDeck.
P.S. TweetDeck may in fact soon support this on their own. By independently creating this project will allow me to add some additional extentions beyond certain features of Ping.fm integrations.
