Your account info isn't missing.
You originally signed up using 17863380040.
When you pressed 'sign up' by mistake you'd entered 7863380040, so a new Xumii account was created for you.
Just sign in using 17863380040 and you'll see the account info.

Re Ben's question about Jabber - we have no plans to allow arbitrary Jabber/XMPP servers, but this could change if enough users request such a feature. -

Xumii only allows a service account to be added to 1 Xumii account, so for instance you can't add the same Yahoo! IM account to 2 different Xumii accounts.
If you're seeing this for MySpace, Flickr or Facebook, make sure you've signed out of those sites on your browser before adding them in Xumii. (This would probably only help if you're using a shared computer.)
If this doesn't solve your problem, it would be helpful if you could let me know
- your Xumii display name, or some of the digits in your user number
- which services you were trying to add (Yahoo, MSN, Facebook etc)
- the approximate dates and times when you've seen this

Xumii imports from the phone's Contacts (which may be called Address Book or some other name depending on your phone) into the Xumii friends list, where they will appear with a small phone icon; see "Jennifer Bennged" entry in the screenshot below.
If this still isn't working for you, could you let us know your phone model & carrier? Access to Contacts is restricted by some carriers to applications that they've explicitly approved.
