Hi,

We currently don't support changing your top level domain on rombla.com, however you should be able to change the subdomain of rombla.com that your site is hosted on (i.e. you should be able to change it to MYNAME.rombla.com).

Changing your top level domain (i.e. www.mysite.com) is a feature we are looking at for a future release.

One feature that is in the works for the future is the ability to embed swf files into your site. would this be something that you might be looking for?

We don't have any plans to allow injection of Javascript, ruby, php, etc... into a site.

I was wondering if I could get a bit more clarification on your problem.

Looking at our records you have two sites, one which was never saved (site name: 2117084284) and one that was saved earlier today ( site name: 298977150).

What exactly happened? Did you save your site then come back to have your changes gone? Was your published site different from your saved site?

If your site name is "distridrwtest" I've corrected a problem that was in a saved file. we are aware of this problem and working on a fix. Hopefully your site should be fine for publishing now.

The zip file should be the same as the published website which may be different from the saved version if you have not published in a while. Make sure you have pushed the publish button in the editor before you export a zip file to ensure the published version is up to date.

Right now our text containers are not designed to have scroll bars. One option would be to put the text in a blank container. This way you can have the text as big as you like and the container will automatically show scroll bars to scroll the text block.

I believe right now the maximum size is around 4mb.

I can't give a firm release date, aside from saying it should be out very soon!

We have full image library maintenence support coming in our next release. It's definitly an issue in the current version at our site.

The problem did appear to be too many large image files which was interfering with the zip operation. We are aware of this problem and are working towards a solution.

I have emailed you a copy of your site in the mean time.

Hi, Thanks for getting in touch with us.

As far as I'm aware zip functionality should be working on rombla.com. There has been an issue in the past with very large zip file downloads which could be the issue here.

I looked at our server, but the only site I could find associated with a thirdcoastguy is a blank site ( 445453544 ). If you could send me an email at richard {at} piria {dot} com with your site name (and username on rombla). I can look into the problem in more detail, and if we're really stuck email you a zipped up copy of the published site.

I have a developer looking into it but he's not sure the timeline to fix, If you want in the meantime, I can pull down the zipped up site and email it to you.
