Jason, could you please help? I have tried and spent money trying. I close it through the Close Account link in profile link and reached a step where a statement said "My account can not be closed at this time". To please call in for customer satisfaction purpose". I called in all they said was" I'm sorry but I can not find any account with the informations you provided". Account name, phone number , e-mail address everything can not be found. But the funny thing was I logged in my account while talking to him on the phone. Please all I need is to close the account and have the money return. This is a government agency account and was established for online purchases only but has been not success from the difficulty with paypal limits. Therefore, we would like to close it now but we find it also difficult to close PayPal account and have the money return to its origin" Sokehs Municipal Government.
