Apparently, I found it strange that despite numerous tickets submitted, there were no replies, and the status will be updated with a "Solved" or "Closed" status.
To make matter worst, the issues were never solved.
Do you think that the management of Twitter should re-look at its ticket submission system?
After all, if Twitter is to be our daily lifestyle, don't you think that there should be a more effective and efficient ways to manage the requests of account users?

I have given up to use twitter already.
Both my user name: RichardCheah & Richard_Cheah are suspended without good reasons.
The administrator have not replied when I asked for the reasons why both were suspended. They never replied since then.
I think deep inside their heart, they refused to acknowledge that there were technical faults, or probably errors.
Have asked them sincerely to point out my mistakes, in order not to commit these mistakes (if any).
What a DISAPPOINTMENT in using Twitter account!!!

Anyone out there, if you happen to find another social account similar to Twitter, do let me know.

Yes, my account was also suspended for no apparent reason. To make things worst, I do not spam!!! Have recently started to be active at Twitter, but alas... what a total disappointment.
Also, some of my followers account were also suspended....
There were no follow-up from the administrator after submitted my request.
