no more feed updatesMy lifeblog ends at April 9. I used to get many new items every day from my subsribed feeds.
In my list of feeds, the last update was done 25 Nov 2009 for all feeds, they all except for a very few say 0 posts/0 photos but they do have posts & photos.
What happened?

<notextile></notextile> almost works, it still converts ampersands to &
A workaround for strings is:
var amp = "&"[0]; // picks off the first character, a single ampersand.
// strings containing ampersands must now be assembled
var url = "http://example.com?one" + amp + "two";
// there is no workaround for logical operators using ampersands
rickdog asked a question in Glue on October 30, 2009 15:55:
script blocks get mungedhow can javascript be preserved in a post? right now it get's munged when served, e.g. HTML is put in script and characters are converted to literal.
rickdog asked a question in Soup on October 24, 2009 17:35:
you're munging ampersands in HTML scriptAmpersands are munged when added to Description HTML
You convert ampersands to & when added to HTML in the header description.
I have to use javascript to un-mung it:
var amp="&"[0];
and then build my string with it, e.g.
var uri = "http://example.com/?stuff" + amp + "another-argument";
If I write:
var uri="http://example.com/?stuff&another-argument";
you save the script as:
var uri="http://example.com/?stuff&another-argument";
PLEASE STOP!

bookmarking window in backgroundIn your bookmarklet you need to do a window focus via setTimeout to bring the new window to the foreground, like this:
javascript:var es=['body','frameset','head'];var u=document.location.protocol+'//www.soup.io/';var fn='soup_bookmarklet_'+(Math.floor(Math.random()*100000));w=window.open(u+'bookmarklet-loading.html',fn,'toolbar=0,resizable=1,scrollbars=yes,status=1,width=450,height=400');
setTimeout('w.focus()',50);
try{var s=document.createElement('script');s.setAttribute('src',u+'bookmarklet/js/'+fn+'/5');for(var i=0;i<es>);}void(0);

add-on required?Please provide bookmarklet along with add-on.
I generally do not use web services that require a browser extension, if they all did the browser would become overloaded.

Microsoft .DOC documents never finish capturingMicrosoft DOC pages never finish saving.
Capture a .DOC like this:
http://zootool.com/add/?url=http://ww...
This capture never finishes, it forever shows a spinning icon and the words "Please wait a second!
Your catch will be brought to your Zoo!"

mp3's are saved incorrectly.Lasso mp3 file http://ahprahran.com/SarahLoves/Talul...
Spaces in the URL are replaced with '+' characters for the saved address.
http://ahprahran.com/SarahLoves/Talul...
The "Open Source" URL is correct but the "Open Website" URL has the erroneous +'s.
It would also be nice to have an MP3 player in Zootools for playing the MP3 directly in Zootools.

SWF videos aren't saved correctlyCapture page: http://www.youtube.com/swf/l.swf?swf=...
This is a raw SWF that will play full window in the browser. I captured the video with the lasso bookmarklet. When I click the SWF icon at my page http://zootool.com/watch/iz5op3/, the window http://www.youtube.com/swf/l.swf?swf=... opens instead of the original URL. The original URI parameters at the end, "&video_id=uGNk_zHy4Mg&rel=1&eurl=&iurl=http%3A//i2.ytimg.com/vi/uGNk_zHy4Mg/hqdefault.jpg&sk=MO5HAsbRJtYpGz5kC7HaOzZI7gJGjr-tC&fs=1&hl=en&cr=US&avg_rating=4.89537712895&length_seconds=273&allow_ratings=1&allow_embed=1&title=CON%20TODA%20PALABRA" were not saved by the bookmarklet, only a partial URL was saved. This saved URL cannot be viewed, it shows the error "An error occured, please try later"
