Uploads! When & How Many I've I Got For This Month?

Hi Support!

I want to know when & many uplaods I'm getting??? I've done about 25 uploads since I paid on the 5th May! But I've been told the counter doesn't work like that, & that I need to wait till the 21st, today for 8 more uploads! Yet I got 2 on Tuesday 19th & 2 today!!! I have no idea what's going on!!!!! I should have 50 per month! Please can you tell me how many uploads I've got left for this month? & what date I will get them?? Also is that date the date my uploads will start every month??? I'm totally confused!!! Maybe each user should have an upload counter on there profile! What's the quota???

Its saying i've have no uploads left again! When I only payed my account last week!!! I should have 50 for the month please can you check it out for me please!!!!

I last uploaded a track on the 16th march, I have a pro standard account, which is 50 uploads per month! I've only uploaded 36 tracks this month, yet its saying I've ran out of uploads for this month!!! Do your uploads start on the first of every month? or the date of payment?? If its the first of every month you can see, I've got 14 uploads left! (click the link for prove) http://soundcloud.com/music?page=4 If uploads start on the date of payment I should have even more!!! I've sent two messages to support, But yet no reply!!! Can you help???

Keywords?

The keywords for the tracks, are they tags to be found on the site or just keywords about the mx? Also when i look at the stats its say annomous people have downloaded tracks who are they?
