This isn't an address you would browse to, but a URI string you would place into settings.xml to tell Pandion where the emoticons are located. Or, you could follow this post..

I have them here, really. But you'll have to do some editing for Pandion config files to get you there.

Blackberry gtalk client disconnects Pandion
Using Pandion to connect to gtalk. It works great, except when I load up the gtalk client on my Blackberry, Pandion disconnects. Other jabber clients stay connected. F12 console window doesn't seem to show anything, just a disconnect message.
