Thanks folks for your feedback - most appreciated. The version of Firefox i am running is 3.0.5 so I guess it is the latest on Windows 2000 SP 4. It seems to have gone away right now. I do like PostRank - great service..

Stuck in the left upper corner of my monitor is an icon with the words on it PostRank PostRank fetch problems and it doesn't respond in anyway . I need to remove it because it is stopping me from accessing any of my normal firefox Browser commands Can u help please?

I am having the same problem consistently with business clients in ver 2. I actually sat on the phone while a client put his email address in and waited for 10 minutes with a response and then had to add a personal email in order to make this work. I get this report back all the time. Again this morning at another meeting, same story to hard to get in. Hey folks what is going on. this effects my business directly. This creates great uncertainty about your product. If people have a bad experience first up then you big trouble.

What is happening here is the old Microsoft trick...get the users to work out the bugs and take the consequences...come on folks, PBWIKI is a great product and better than that!!

Sorry but this is a "kludge" or even worse a "no-no". From a corporate communications perspective it looks bad on a couple of levels. One the templates don't look the same; two it looks odd and anything that looks odd scares the hell out of users. As a moderator I get it all the time. And then to say we are trialling a new version makes it looks even scarier. "So these guys are trialling technology with me, a user" - this is not good. Why is it not possible to simply rectify the problem from your end. ie add what you had and that functioned perfectly and that there is a need for into version 2.0 right now..

I agree with every one. I sent an email invite out to a new client as I presumed it would be fairly neutral. It was not. It was cutesy and it was completely the wrong message. Please let us have the opportunity to personalise the email invite as quickly as possible.

How will we know when it is up and running...
