Many thanks for your feedback. We did reply to your email yesterday regarding this issue. It would appear you have signed up firstly using your @googlemail.com email address and then secondly using your @gmail.com variant.
Both accounts are still active and can be accessed by using the correct password. We hope this answers your query.

Many thanks for your email. We are sorry to hear of the problems you have encountered with the Lumie Bodyclock.
From our experience the Lumie products do have a very good reputation for reliability. We have sold many 1000's of their products and while they do suffer from faults from time to time, we'd say reliability is very good.
The Lumie Bodyclock carries a 2 year manufacturers warranty, therefore if your last model is less than 2 years old you can contact the manufacturer regarding a repair or replacement.
The manufacturer can be contacted via www.lumie.com or by calling 01954 780500.

Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you had problems using our site search.
Unfortunately the way our search works means if you use the word vitamin it will return all kinds of vitamins and not just B vitamins. Obviously this is not ideal and we will work to address this with our new website which should launch soon. There should have been no problem searching for L Glutamine however as the following url shows:

A better way to search for specific vitamins would be to use our 'quick menu' which is located just below the search and by scrolling down you will find B vitamins have their own category.
Alternatively you can also use the menu system down the left hand side of the site where we have split all products into their logical categories.
Once again we apologise for this issue and for any inconvenience it has caused.
