Inspiron Startup Freezes With USB Devices

When I plug a new USB device into my Dell Inspiron 530s and restart it, it freezes up the Dell startup screen before Windows starts. I have tried it in different ports and everything. Although, some of my other USB devices work fine while plugged in on startup but others do not. Even a BIOS update fixes nothing. What might be the cause of this problem and how can I solve it?

I have the latest version of Mozilla Thunderbird. Every few minutes, it makes the "new mail" sound in Windows and tells me that there is a new message in my local folders. I click on the inbox and nothing is there. This just started happening today. Is also will not stop! I have restarted Thunderbird and Windows and the same thing is still happening. Help?

Mini Player

I stopped using Pandora and started using Grooveshark. I would really like to see a mini player come to the website. Something that can open in a separate window. For example, if someone was using Firefox and click the mini player button, a smaller Firefox window would open and display the player. That is the only thing that I miss about Pandora.

Avatars, images and Firefox 3.5

I have just upgraded to Firefox 3.5 and I have noticed that Twitter avatars and most other images on the web seem a lot darker. Is there a integer I can change inside of about:config or am I screwed until the next update? (That might not even fix it.)

Here is an example...



The one on the left is what it originally looked like. The one on the right it what it looks like in 3.5. Other profile images around the entire web seem to look darker as well.

I have created an account at Viewzi.com. I try to log in but it says that my E-mail or password is incorrect. I did this about three times. Then, I created an account with a different E-mail and password. This time, I copied the password to my clipboard and pasted it in. The same thing happened. So, I then clicked "Forgot my password." I am on a Dell 530s. When I boot up, I get into the Explorer shell but after that everything stops. I can move my mouse cursor and click around but I can not open anything or do anything. I can get into safe mode but I don't know what needs to be done there. I have already tried restore and I have re-booted about three times. HELP!

Windows Explorer

When I open my Windows Explorer, the Window comes up but it stays wight for about 10 seconds. Then it will come up. I have tried re-booting and everything. I have a fast PC. It has never does this before. No viruses, no spyware or any of that junk. Nore have I installed anything. Is there a tweak or something that can fix this?
