I figured it out ... This might be helpful to others. Adding a link to a file works differently in pbwiki than it does in most html editors -- in Dreamweaver for example, you highlight the text or graphic you want to link to and then add a link. In pbwiki you put the cursor where you wwant the link to go and the system inserts the filename as the link.
